We are a small group, but we are big thinkers. One of the key elements that unites us is our passion for learning: to improve, evolve and grow ideas into action.
Lab A+U is proud to work with a strong multidisciplinary team of young, experienced, and energetic Architects, Interior Designers, Sustainability Experts, and Visualisers from various backgrounds and experiences. The team is passionate about designing spaces that inspire, transform, and improve how people live and work.
Anagha has thirteen years of experience working all over India. She likes to work on various Residential , commercial , hospitality and Urban design Projects located in a wide variety of landscapes and contexts. She seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics. With a Master’s in Urban Design from SPA Delhi, she is an Urban Researcher, professor, and Coordinator at INTACH Vadodara. She operates in Gujarat and central and North India. The Team When she is not working, she can be found travelling, exploring new places, and listening to new music.

Madhura has twelve years of experience spanning 3 Continets and dozen countries . A Heritage & Rural Regeneration Expert with an M.A. from Oxford Brookes, Oxford, United Kingdom. She consults on rural development, affordable housing, and the social sector. Her work emphasizes materiality, crafting user-centric, environmentally responsive designs. She handles work across Maharashtra, central, and south India. She enjoys painting , reading and exploring new food.
